Mrs. Dee Phillips was chosen as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for elementary schools. Mrs. Phillips is a teacher at Ramona Elementary School who truly is a master at building relationships and a community in her classroom and Ramona at large. She is warm, welcoming, and holds all students to high academic, ethical, and moral standards. Whether the student is in Mrs. Phillips’ class or not, she takes the time to counsel students and help students problem solve. She helps students make connections between how their current actions impact their future and guides students to make positive choices that pave a path for a positive future.
